Memorandum of Understanding for the

Alexandria Sunday Fun Day

Sunday 30 April, 2023 (11am to 3pm)

Please complete the form below, you will be required to make a payment of $150 via Square

    Agree to participate in the Alexandria Sunday Fun Day 2023 and to the following terms and conditions:

    • To supply my own marquee, trestle tables, chairs and signage. The marquee will be secured by weights (not tent pegs).

    • To provide ARAG with a copy of certificate of currency of my Public Liability Insurance no later than 31 March 2023.

    • Food Stalls only - to provide ARAG with a copy of the approved Temporary Food Stall permit with the City of Sydney no later than 31 March 2023.

      If you do not have one, the application form for a Temporary Food Stall Permit can be downloaded here.

      N.B. the permit must be applied for at least 28 days prior to the event and you will have to supply a copy of your Public Liability Certificate and your Food Supervisor Certificate (and other information as detailed on the application) to the City of Sydney and pay the application fee.

    • To be set up and ready no later than 10.45am on the day and to clear and pack up (including disposing of rubbish in bins provided) by 4pm on the day.

    • To supply my own staff for the duration of the fair (11am to 3pm).

    • To follow directions of the Alexandria Sunday Fun Day organisers.

    • To comply with ARAG's Child Safety Code of Conduct. Click here. This applies to yourself and any employees or volunteers at the Alexandria Sunday Funday.

    • There is limited access to power which needs to be arranged and agreed with the Alexandria Sunday Fun Day organisers.

    • There is no access to water on site.

    • The Alexandria Sunday Fun Day organisers will not refund any monies or be responsible for any other costs the participants may incur in the event that the Alexandria Sunday Funday cannot be held or is interrupted due to rain, storms or other unexpected events.
